We have a tarp!!
It looks like they have put up a tarp and started with some prep work. The PM told me they would be doing this, which was all they could do without the official green light.
Come on VA appraisal!
We were told even if it takes the full 19 days, we will close July 1 as long as the weather cooperates. So, that's only a one month difference from our original date...not too bad. And hopefully the VA won't take the full 19 days and we can close in June!
It should really start going now! If you can, stalk your county's website to see when the permits are approved. Once that happens, it is almost immediate. Crossing my fingers for VA appraisal for you!
